Material we use

GEMSTONES: we use certificated 4mm grade A gemstones. We procure natural gemstones from various global locations, carefully chosen and shaped by our skilled artisans. Our suppliers adhere strictly to social, ethical, and environmental criteria. We continuously enhance transparency and traceability throughout their supply chain by maintaining ongoing dialogue with our them.

BEADING WIRE: the beading wire is made of a super resistant stainless steel. Stainless steel is durable and strong providing reliable support for  the beads. It is also resistant to tarnishing and hypoallergenic, an excellent choice for individuals with sensitive skin or metal allergies.

CLASP & CLOSURE: we use use a sophisticated lobster clasp closure. Coming with our signature printed logo, the clasp is made of stainless steel but also available with an 18k gold plating.

EXTENSION CHAIN: our 0.9 cm loop chain extension allows you to adjust the length of your Tenth House jewellery piece easily and achieve a customised fit that feels comfortable and secure.
The loop chain extension features our lobster clasp ensuring a secure attachment to the Tenth House jewellery piece. It is available in plain stainless steel or with the 18k gold plating.

Shipping

Since every piece is bespoke and custom, please give us up to 4 weeks for you to receive your order. When your oder will be crafted and ready you will receive a shipping tracking number and you'll be able to track your package.

Guarantee & returns

Our pieces come with a 1 year guarantee - if your necklace breaks, tarnishes, loses its shine.
We will replace it for you free of charge.

(This guarantee doesn't cover theft or it getting lost).

You can extend the 1 year guarantee to a life time guarantee upon purchase, just before the checkout.

Due to the jewellery being custom, we can't accept returns or issue refunds.
